Hey everyone! Five days til Olivarry Week - we hope you’re as excited as we are! We felt that this would be a good time to give you guys a quick reminder of the rules, and the prompts, as well as exactly how it’s going to go down during the week.
Olivarry Week runs from Sunday 18th October until Saturday 24th October. We will be reblogging the posts according to American EST, and things will be reblogged twice a day - once at 10am, and once at 10pm. Don’t worry if you miss the cut off due to your timezone, we will just reblog it on the next one.
The rules can be found here- if you haven’t familiarised yourself with them yet, please make sure you do that. The main thing we want to stress, though, is that whenever you post your work, please make sure that #olivarryweek2015 (one word, no spaces) is in the first five tags, or we may not catch it.
Here is a reminder of the prompts:
Day 1: Barry working for the SCPD Day 2: Coming Out Day 3: Fake Relationship/Married Day 4: Anything Goes (Free Day!) Day 5: Domestic Day 6: Hurt/Comfort Day 7: Warbler!Barry
These can be interpreted however you want, as long as they’re Olivarry related. Just to clarify - Day 4 (Anything Goes) you guys can post absolutely ANYTHING Olivarry - there is no theme on that day, so go wild.
And finally, if you have any queries regarding the week, our ask box is always open. No question is too dumb, and if you don’t want us to publish it, just let us know! Additionally, your admins are listed on this page here- if you feel more comfortable just asking one of us, go right ahead!

We had to make some of the prompts a little less specific, as we want the authors/artists/whatever to be able to make their own interpretation to work with - so if you feel that we’ve missed you out, we promise we haven’t - we just had to narrow down the prompts a little

Friendly reminder, guys, that you have until Sunday to send in any prompt suggestions for Olivarry Week. Is there a type of AU that you’d love to see these two dorks star in? Or a particular trope that you want to be explored? Give us your ideas. We already have a good list to work with for the week, but we’d love to receive more.
We’re noticing a serious lack of fanworks surrounding the beautiful ship that is Olivarry, so we have decided to take it upon ourselves to fix this by introducing Olivarry week!
Olivarry week will be a week filled with fanfic/fanart/gifs or whatever else you can think of to celebrate this beautiful ship. A prompt will be given for each day - but of course, you are not obligated to fill in every single one of them!
This will run the week before the end of the hiatus (Sunday 27th September until Saturday 3rd October), and will be the perfect way to celebrate the return of these two lovable vigilantes.
Please like/reblog this to let us know that you’re interested, and also to signal boost the event so that we can get as many people involved as possible! Also, please do send us some suggestions for prompts. Due to the time constraints, we will stop taking prompt suggestions on Monday 7th September so we can finalise the days and prompts by the end of next week, so please send them into us as soon as possible! We’re aware that this is a small timeframe, but we want to get the themes and days announced quickly so that you guys can start working on them!
