1. Paypal payments ONLY. All prices are listed in USD. Please check conversion rates before sending payment.

2. I will not draw NSFW images, kissing or anthros.
3. I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I do not feel comfortable with its content or if I feel I am unable to properly execute the request.
4. Please provide references images.
5. I will not draw Copyrighted Characters or Characters that do not belong to you.  
   The Only Exceptions Are:
     -Pokemon, Monster Hunter, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
     -The commission is a gift/present.
6. Sketch, Ink and Flat Colour commissions are to be paid for in FULL and UP FRONT.
7. Chibi, Pokemon Variations, Full Shading and Full Detail can be paid for UP FRONT in FULL OR HALF Up Front and HALF after COMPLETION.
8. Animation options for Chibi are:
   -Blinking    -Smiling/Laughing    -Tail Swish/Twitch
   -Floating   -Hair Movement        -Ear Flick

10. These commissions are for personal use ONLY. As such, I retain rights to the artwork and hold the ability to: Print for Sale, Publish the Art, Use the Image in my Portfolio and Post the Image to my Public Galleries (Tumblr, DeviantArt, Facebook, etc.)
You are welcome to post the image so long as you provide credit. You are not permitted to sell the work in any, way shape or form.
